Note: This property is located in a quiet residential part of the Old Town of Cala D’or. As such it brings with it the benefit of peace and quiet for those who enjoy it, but also the close proximity of the nearby Town Centre and Marina.
In this location it is customary to observe the quiet period of siesta time between 2.00pm and 4.00pm. If the idea of this does not appeal, then this may not be the property for you.
