Luxury 1 bed apartment on a small complex of 5 apartments which share the pool and gardens.

The first floor 1 bedroomed apartment comprises of a  kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, fridge, table and chairs, washing machine, iron and ironing board.  

Open plan lounge with settees, side units, coffee table, satelite tv with dvd player leading to a small conservatory with sofa bed settee, table and chairs. Outside terrace with table and chairs overlooking the pool and gardens.  Sleeps 2-4 people.

Bedroom

One double bedroom with wardrobes, bedside tables, leading to a fully tiled bathroom.  There is conservatory area at the front of the apartment which has a sofa bed for additional guests.

There are two parts to the, the main pool goes deep and then there is shallow section for toddlers and babies.  There are sun loungers, parasols and a bbq for guests to use.  The complex is completely secure and the gardens are well maintained.

The complex is located a 5 mins walk to the Es Forti Beach (Calo des Pou), shops, restaurants and bars. The beach has a snack bar, loungers and parasols for hire, from this beach boats visit which offer trips to other beaches in the area.
