This house is located on a Cala in Cala D'Or with the sea a moment away. It has recently been refurbished to very high standards and comprises of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room and separate WC, fully fitted kitchen, lounge, dining room, enclosed courtyard and conservatory and garden with sea views.
You can use the pool in the rocks (below) and there is a pool at the "Tennis Club" which is next too Cala Egos beach with sunloungers for hire.
The house can be rented for up to 6-7 people, and also for smaller groups at a reduced rate.
Lounge/Dining Room & Conservatory
The spacious lounge and dining has settees, coffee table, satellite TV, air conditioning, dining table and chairs which leads to a large conservatory at the front of house with table and chairs and views of the Cala.
Kitchen
The kitchen is newly fitted with a dishwasher, full oven, hob, microwave, large fridge freezer, toaster, washing machine, iron and ironing board. This leads to an enclosed courtyard with table and chairs at the back of the house.
Bedrooms
The main bedroom is on the first floor with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps with views of the Cala .
